1. Information we collect

When you sign up for Argent Homes, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and property details including listing URLs and addresses. For cleaners, we also collect language preferences, work experience, and neighborhood availability.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to match cleaners with properties, send scheduling notifications, deliver quality reports and photo verifications, process payments, and improve our AI scoring system. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely in Canadian data centers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Photos taken during cleaning verification are stored securely and accessible only to the property host and Argent Homes administrators.

4. Photo data

Cleaning verification photos are used for quality scoring and host review. These photos are analyzed by our AI system to generate quality scores. Photos are retained for 90 days after the clean, after which they are automatically deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

5. Communication

We communicate with hosts via email and dashboard notifications. We communicate with cleaners via WhatsApp. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time. Operational messages (scheduling, quality reports) cannot be opted out of while you have an active account.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To make a request, contact us at hello@argenthomes.ca. We will respond within 30 days.
