1. Service description

Argent Homes provides AI-powered turnover cleaning services for short-term rental properties in the Greater Toronto Area. Our service includes automated scheduling, cleaner assignment, photo verification, and AI quality scoring.

2. Service area

We currently serve properties in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Service availability may vary by neighborhood. We will notify you if your property is outside our current service area.

3. Pricing and payment

Pricing is per clean based on property size. All prices are in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed monthly via credit card. You will receive an itemized invoice for each billing period. Launch pricing is available for the first 20 hosts and is locked in for as long as you remain an active customer.

4. Backup guarantee

If your assigned cleaner is unable to complete a scheduled clean, we guarantee a replacement within 30 minutes. If we fail to provide a replacement in time and your property is not cleaned before your next guest checks in, your next clean is free.

5. Quality scoring

Each clean is scored on a 100-point scale using our AI computer vision system. Scores are based on photo verification submitted by the cleaner. While we strive for accuracy, AI scoring is a tool to assist quality control and is not a guarantee of perfection. If you are dissatisfied with a clean, contact us within 24 hours for resolution.

6. Cancellation

There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before a scheduled clean may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the clean price.

7. Liability

Argent Homes carries general liability insurance. In the event of property damage during a clean, please report it within 24 hours. We will investigate and resolve claims promptly. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of damaged items, up to a maximum of $5,000 per incident.

8. Property access

You are responsible for providing safe and reliable property access (lockbox codes, smart lock instructions, etc.). Argent Homes and its cleaners will use access information solely for the purpose of completing scheduled cleans. Access information is stored securely and never shared outside the Argent Homes platform.
